Delete Your Account

TeqHome by Teqlogy

You have full control over your data. You can delete your TeqHome account at any time — either directly from the app or by contacting us via email.

Before you proceed

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your devices, relay logs, automations, and settings will be permanently removed. Your devices will need to be re-provisioned if you sign up again.

What Gets Deleted

Your account & profile

All registered devices

Relay toggle history & logs

Scheduled automations

Device sharing permissions

Push notification tokens

Email & authentication data

All personal preferences

Data is permanently removed within 30 days of your deletion request.

Option 1 — Delete from the App

The fastest way to delete your account:

1Open the TeqHome app on your phone
2Go to Settings (bottom navigation)
3Scroll down to "Account" section
4Tap "Delete Account"
5Confirm the deletion

Option 2 — Request via Email

If you cannot access the app, send us an email from your registered email address:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Send from your registered email. We will process your request within 7 business days.
